Katy, TX (May 12, 2023) - Typhoon Texas Waterpark announced the opening of Typhoon Jr. on May 10th.
The smaller version of the full-sized venue has attractions that were specifically designed for the park’s youngest guests.
Its features include 10 junior-sized slides, an 800-gallon miniature version of the Gully Washer, and an upgraded splash pad.
During its groundbreaking in November, General Manager Matthew Girocco said Typhoon Jr. will bridge the gap between toddlers who play in the splash pad and preteens who ride the big slides.
“This gives kids the opportunity to grow up with the park, to come out year after year now that we have filled that space,” Girocco said.
Background: Seasoned management team formed new film and television digital media services company and approached EFA to arrange financing for potential acquisition targets.
EFA Process: The company retained EFA to arrange acquisition financing and EFA approached several banks and specialty lenders.
Result: Closed debt financing to support two company acquisitions and working capital facility.
