“It has been a pleasure working with Tim Homer over the past several months,” said Ralph Willis, Managing Partner and founding principal of EFA Partners. “Tim is already very well-known in the area from his All-Star Jump interactive inflatables business. The Flight 509 venue is a logical extension of his presence in the community and we’re confident that the it will be welcome addition to the Spokane market."
EFA’s principals have over 70 years of collective experience in providing financing solutions for leisure, entertainment, and media companies. They have deep relationships with banks, equipment lessors, construction lenders, specialty finance groups, REITs, and private equity groups. The team prides itself on handling its clients’ financing processes from start to finish. For Flight 509, EFA approached and garnered interest from a targeted list of prospective financiers, completed comprehensive materials to highlight the attractiveness of the venue and the leisure sector, and participated in all phases of negotiations with the lenders.
“It has been great working with Ralph Willis and the EFA team,” said Tim Homer. “It was not easy to arrange and close construction financing for a leisure venue in the current economic environment but the team stuck with us for several months working with various lenders and we’re very excited to now be able to bring Flight 509 to the community.”
