New York, NY (October 14, 2014) – EFA Partners, a boutique financial advisory firm that provides investment banking and strategic consulting services for companies in the entertainment, media, and telecommunications industries, today announced the appointment of Robert Raciti to Managing Director. He will be based in New York and will be responsible for growing and developing EFA’s client base in the telecommunications and technology services sectors. Dr. Raciti holds a Ph.D. in information systems and has over fourteen years of financial expertise focused on the telecom and IT sectors.
Raciti’s financial career has been focused on structuring financial solutions, placing senior debt and raising capital for telecom and technology companies. Previously, he was a Managing Director of The Silverfern Group where he oversaw the media and telecom practice. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of GE Capital’s Media, Communications, and Entertainment group where he provided industry diligence on over 500 transactions. In addition to his financial experience, Raciti also has over ten years of experience in operational roles with telecom and technology companies. These include Pitney Bowes, MCI Telecommunications and Loral where he led their IT groups and held senior management positions.
